The facility off this series is used for half-hot mayonnaises production. It is characterized by high quality, continuous shelf life of a products, reliable construction, compact size, easy to operate and maintain. Open steam input directly to vacuum tank shortens the production cycle.
The line has a linear homogenizer. The line’s efficiency is 1000 to 10000 kg/h
