Horseradish production lines
The line is designed for the root vegetables grinding, first of all for horseradish. The grinding process occurs in the vacuum vessel allowing the preparation of product uniform consistency without air content (the air removal from the product increases the shelf life of the grinded mixture). The horseradish production eliminates foreign smell ingestion into environment. The line includes two mills: 1) cutter head – is located outside vacuum vessel, and it is designed for the product pregrinding; 2) colloid mill – runs in a closed system, it is used for extra grinding and homogeneous mass obtaining. The line output is 600-1800 kg/hour.
The additional vessel is hung to the main vessel. It enables adding of the additive agents in the final phase of the production cycle. The main vessel is equipped with the water jacket, which regulates heat and prevents product heating while its grinding.
