BELT CONVEYOR

Components

The module belt conveyor consists of frame, drive drum, driven drum, drive and HABASIT (Austria) plastic module belt. There are straight, rotary and comb conveyors.

On the customer’s request the frame cam be made as from usual so from corrosion-proof steel.
The drive drum is fixed on supports on the frame. Bearing assembly is placed in supports. There are closed bearings in the bearing assembly. Grease in bearings provides the bearings serviceability for all working period. Gear-motor drives the drive drum. The gear-motor is mounted on the driving block. The driving block is adjusted and mounted at the conveyor belt producing plant.

The driven drum is fixed on the bearing supports that can tension and adjust the conveyor belt. There are closed bearings in the bearing assembly of the driven drum also. Grease in bearings provides the bearings serviceability for all working period.
There are closed bearings in the gear shaft. Grease in bearings provides the bearings serviceability for all working period.
The conveyor is supplied with board of controls where there are “Start” and “Stop” knobs and there is a converter on the internal part of the control panel.
